Are sock sizes the same?

Our socks are one size fits most. Usually Mens size AU/UK 7-13. We’ll publish more size related information on a specific product page if the socks do not fall within the ‘one size fits most’ category.

What are the socks made of?

Our socks are cotton rich (80% Cotton / 17% Nylon / 3% Spandex) we will publish on each product page the material if they vary from our standard cotton rich mix.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple pay, Google Pay and After pay.

Who do I contact if I am having trouble ordering online?

Can I change my order after it has been confirmed?

Of course you can. Please do be mindful that we process most orders within 24 hours. If you want to make a change to your order please be quick! You can email or call the team to do this – please have your order number available.

Do you ship overseas?

Not yet, sorry. We do have plans to ship internationally so sign up to be our Sole Mate and keep up to date with news and what’s happening at Odd Sock Co.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost varies depending on your location. You cart will provide an accurate delivery fee at checkout. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take 2-7 business days depending on your location. A Priority service will be launched soon for customers that need their socks sooner (fees are applicable).

What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Usually your order depending on its size will be posted through your letter box. Larger orders and parcels will be held at your local post office if you are not home to accept the delivery of a parcel.  If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.

What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive, or is lost in transit?

Please contact us within the first instance so we can investigate further. Legally, once your parcels have been posted in the mail they are then in the property of our external suppliers couriers. Parcels are automatically insured up to the value of $100. If you would like to insure your parcel for more, please contact us (Additional postage fees are applicable).

What if my item is faulty/damaged?

Please contact the team in the first instance if any of your socks are faulty or damaged.

All socks are checked for damage before they leave our distribution office. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for further information
